Meet SWR’s Terry Hernon MacDonald

Terry Hernon MacDonald has offered dating advice to a consistent audience via her blog, Dating Advice (Almost) Daily (www.happygirlmusing.com) since 2004. She has a special interest in serving single women, who she sees as socialized to “need” a man to experience happiness and fulfillment. Her message? That a woman who feels powerful and good about herself tends to attract the best circumstances life has to offer, including career, salary, and men (if she wants them, that is).

Terry spent former days as a writer for advertising agencies and publishing companies, most notably Marvel Entertainment and William Morrow and Company. Terry is the mother of two daughters, whom she encourages every day to work toward their dreams.
