Join SWR at the Dooney & Bourke Tent Sale!
Some of us love a good handbag. We love it even more if we get it at a great price.
That’s why SWR is inviting you to the Dooney and Bourke Tent Sale.
We’ll go as a group on Saturday, December 12, 2009, then have brunch. If you’d like to join us, email info (at) singlewomenrule.com. If you can’t make it, check out the sale on Thurs. Dec. 10, Fri. Dec. 11, or Sun. Dec. 13.
In my experience, you should expect to spend at least two hours in the tent. Here are some tips for a great tent sale experience:
- Don’t carry a heavy pocketbook (or one at all). It will weigh you down when searching for bags. Just put your credit card and license in a pocket or wristlet.
- Dress light but warm. You will probably have to stand in line outside for at least 45 minutes – but it is hot in the tent and a big coat will make you sweat and weigh you down. Layer with long sleeve shirts and maybe a down vest.
- Wear sneakers or flat shoes.
